We deliver Australia wide.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will leave one of our warehouses within 1 clear business days of your payment being received. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery within Australia will take approximately 3-10 business days, depending on your location. 

Will I be contacted before delivery?

Yes. Either the transport company or a Bali Republic customer service representative will be in contact with you to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

Can I delay the date of my delivery?

Yes. If you wish to delay your delivery date, please email customerservice@balirepublic.com.au or phone  1300 430 809. We are able to hold your order free of charge for up to 1 week. Storage fees may apply after this period.

Can I pay using a personal or company cheque?

No.

Do you accept cash payments?
